A Curated Condo in North Capitol Hill: It Can’t Get Better Than This
It takes a whole lot of beauty for a place like Seattle to be named the “Emerald City” or the “Queen City”. And without forgetting that Seattle is the nearest major city to Alaska, perhaps it’s worth noting that it is frequented by rainy and cloudy weather besides its oceanic temperature.
Now, imagine what it would take to have arguably the best interior designed house in one of its affluent regions. It certainly takes a wonderfully genuine soul and a highly talented interior designer like Brian Paquette to make such a place this precious.
On a beautiful day in the city of Seattle, Brian’s condo (he moved into the apartment six months ago) projects an immense feeling that is not just calm, but also very welcoming. On the other hand, the condo presents and envelops you with a pleasant feeling of comfort on the cloudiest of days. That said, Brian designed his apartment with a gritty attention to detail that reflected exactly what he wanted it to be: a welcoming home where he and his friends can have utmost pleasures.
In essence, Brian selects everything in the apartment from his heart and with utmost care. That is to say that everything inside the apartment from the books to the incredible mirror behind the sofa has a meaning or a well-defined purpose.
If Brian was to allow you to spend a little part of the evening in his impressively decorated condo, your eyes would enviously wander around the room, taking glances at every minute thing that makes the space so marvelous. From the coziness of his own designed sofa to the combination of both natural and artificial lighting, Brian designed the apartment with a high level of comfort that would make you feel like moving in with Brian.
Here are some images of Brian’s awe-inspiring space, it is impossible not to fall in love with the place. Speaking of Brian’s talent, he’s definitely accomplished a lot and is surely going places. Let’s hear what you have to say about this spectacular space. Have your say.
